After I made the first two versions of this bracelet making project with SuperDuo two-holed seed beads, I used some copper-lined Twins with copper metallic round druks. Because the Twins aren’t as consistent in shape as the SuperDuos, the bracelet had a much softer, more organic feel to it. Try it yourself and see which version you like better!

Czech Beadstuds are two-hole, pressed glass beads shaped like pyramids. The larger Beadstuds, used in my free pattern—the Pyramid Band—measure 12mm square and 9mm in height. These beads are heavier and thicker than other Czech two-hole beads and come in some lovely Czech finishes.

This is a new pendant I designed, using Czech two-hole Rulla (Rula) beads, Swarovski crystal Rivoli stone and Japanese seed beads. The leaf shaped pendant has a 3-dimensional and textural grained look thanks to the use of Rulla beads, and it can be hung from any type of necklace.

This is the second one of Chris’s patterns I have reviewed and I have to tell you a little story first. She was having a sale a while back and I had come into some tutorial buying money and was trying to decide what to get. Well she was also working on a new design that would not be included in the sale so I decided to wait and see what she designed.

Our Czech Mates Two Hole Beads have been getting a lot of attention lately because of their unique properties, two holes and the variety of beautiful colors and finishes available. Just by looking at Tila beads side by side with Czech Mates Two Hole Tiles, it’s easy to see that the beads are not interchangeable. Although both square, tile shaped and featuring two holes, the differences are obvious.
