The spiral stitch is a great for making all kinds of necklace and bracelet variations.  In this sample, I’ve used seed beads and crystals, but you can try different beads and change up the counts to accommodate different sizes.  There is really no limit!

I stitched the necklace with the spiral rope chain pattern, using delica beads for the core and 11/0 seed beads for the outer spiral. I completed it in a 24-inch length and a continuous style. So it can be conveniently popped right over your head without any fumbling with a clasp.I love how the colors turned out, and it will be the perfect complement to a dressy or casual jeans outfit.

One technique that gets far too little time in the spotlight is Russian spiral rope. It is a variation of tubular netting – and therefore tubular peyote stitch. The small compact rows give the stability of a peyote rope, with the flexibility and drape of a crochet one. By combining two bead sizes and small nets, you can create a beautiful rope of spiraling color that works up incredibly fast.

Well, I think I am finally getting the hang of the right angle weave. I am starting to play around with my own patterns and designs. As I have been working with my needle and thread, I have found that weaving small beads together has become quite a peaceful activity for me. I spend hours, weaving I started with the most simple design. Orange seed beads as my centre, and copper beads as my spiral.
