How to Use this Form

Be sure to fill in the Required fields. The headings for these fields are Bold.
The Name field should contain the name of a real person. It should be you or the person who will be managing your yellow pages listing with authority to make changes to the listing. This person can be changed to someone else later as needed.
Use the Company field for the name of your business.
The Brief Description field should contain the main purpose of your web site or business. You may include anything you feel is appropriate.
The City, State and Zip fields are necessary, even if you are online-only, because the lists are organized geographically and distances do affect shipping costs.
Wholesale listings cost $175.00 per year plus a one-time $75.00 set-up fee.
- To expedite matters, you can pay via PayPal. After you have registered (by submitting this form) you will see a link to the PayPal form at the bottom of the response page.

- Either way, you should include your written password with your payment for verification. This will also expedite things.
Your listing will appear on the first of the month after your payment is received and your one year (or one quarter) term will begin then.
To Update or Edit your information, you may use this form with your password or you may send e-mail to greg@vinson.com with the new information. Be sure to include your password for verification and please use "Update Wholesaler" as the subject.
