  • The addition of an online beading-related bookstore is planned. Please feel free to submit your suggestions for any books you feel should be included there as well as your review(s).

  • The glossary of bead terms in the online book section could be expanded. I am not a beader. I am a webmaster (guidetobeadwork.com) and technical writer (Guide To Beadwork). It's not going to happen without help from the beading community. You may suggest glossary terms using this form.

    All submissions will be reviewed and may or may not be approved. Credit will be given to the first submittor of a new term on the web page for each new term which is added in this way. A valid email address is required but not posted nor shared (without written permission).

  • An online beading supply mall is being considered. It would consist of listings for retail beading suppliers all of which have secure online payment capabilities (from PayPal on up). The organization would be similar to the Yellow and Blue pages (Wholesalers and Retailers).

  • GuideToBeadwork.com is literally exploding. It has rapidly gone beyond my ability to maintain it properly while remaining a hobby (as it has since 1996 when it was created). I truly enjoy doing it and am currently implementing strategies in order to make a reasonable living from it. As of this writing (Sep 2005) I've figured out that I'm currently earning pretty close to minimum wage for my time.

  • GuideToBeadwork.com's visitors have always been a strong influence on the direction of the site and this will not change. We always want to know what you think. Stay tuned. This page isn't finished...
