How to Use this Form

Be sure to fill in the Required fields. The headings for these fields are Bold.
The Name field should contain the name of a real person. It should be you or the person who will be managing your sponsor membership with authority to certify that you agree to our terms and conditions. It can be changed later if needed. If you are representing a business, use the Company field for the name of the business.
The Password field should contain no spaces but most any other standard printable (visible) ASCII characters are acceptable. It is only for light security between GTB and yourself. You'll need your password to reserve pages online for banner sponsorship.
The Brief Description field should contain the main purpose of your web site, business, or self (if it's a personal site). Please check the examples below the field (e.g. Online Retail Bead Supplier). It may help us determine your eligibility for different sponsorship programs we offer.
By submitting this form, you certify that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. It is very important to read them.
To Update or Edit your information, send e-mail to greg@vinson.com with the new information. Be sure to include your password for verification. Please use "Update Sponsor" as the subject.
